Westbridge Realty Group, a full-service real estate investment sales and advisory firm based in New York City, announced the closing of 15 recent transactions in the Bronx totaling over $10 million.
The deals include:
A $1.4 million sale of 2412 Webster Avenue, a multifamily building in the Fordham section. The 9,240-square-foot building features eight apartments. Steven Westreich represented the buyer, YSLW Webster LLC, and the seller 2412 Webster Associates LLC.
The $1.193 million sale of 3602 Holland Avenue, a 20-unit, 13,55-buildable-square-foot, corner development site in Williamsbridge. Menachem Babayov represented buyer SHG 3602 LLC, and Westreich represented the seller, Chukwuemeka Dike.
The $865,000 sale of 1369 Leland Avenue, a 20-unit corner development site in Parkchester with 13,311 buildable square feet. Abe Jemal represented the buyer, 1369 Leland LLC, and Westreich represented the seller, Juan De La Cruz.
The $800,000 sale of 4058 Bronx Boulevard, a 24-unit development site in Wakefield, Bronx with 16,800 buildable square feet. Babayov represented the buyer, Magnet Management, and Westreich represented the seller, Alba Morello.
The $750,000 sale of 2793 Webb Avenue, a development site in Kingsbridge with 12,369 buildable square feet. Isaac Shrem represented buyer 2793 Webb LLC, and Westreich represented the seller, Arnold Goldman.
