The Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater New York (BOMA New York) held its 2018 Pinnacle Awards, which brought together over 750 guests in what marked one of the biggest nights of the commercial real estate industry. The ceremony included nominees spread out across 10 different categories. The highlight of the evening included the Grand Pinnacle Award for the winner with the highest overall score across all categories except the Earth Award.

“Embracing innovation and exceeding expectations is what the Pinnacle Awards are all about,” said BOMA New York President Ronald S. Zeccardi, Vice President and General Manager of The Moinian Group. “The pioneering spirit and tireless dedication demonstrated by the nominees makes this a special celebration of New York and real estate leaders, and it is an honor to recognize that excellence tonight.”

In honoring top commercial real estate professionals in the Greater New York Region, local Pinnacle Award winners qualify to compete at the Regional, Mid-Atlantic TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) awards and regional winners are then automatically entered in to the BOMA International TOBY competition.
