Panel to Discuss Foreign Real Estate Investing at B’nai B’rith Real Estate Luncheon

Coming off a boom fueled by Chinese funds and strong EB-5 visa activity, a panel of experts will discuss latest trends and developments in foreign real estate investing in the New York area, Tuesday, June 5, at the monthly B’nai B’rith Real Estate Unit luncheon at the Cornell Club, 6 East 44th Street in the fourth floor Ivy Room.

Michael Romer, managing partner at Romer Debbas, will moderate the panel featuring Dylan Pichulik, CEO of XL Real Property Management, Julie Pham, associate broker at Corcoran, and Michael Zukerman, of counsel at Warshaw Burstein and managing director of Whitestone Realty Capital.

The panelists represent different facets of the foreign real estate investment picture. Moderator Michael Romer is an attorney who represents foreign investors in purchasing, selling, leasing and financing. Dylan Pichulik manages foreign-owned apartments in hundreds of residential units. Julie Pham is a nationally ranked broker with a specialty in foreign buyers and Michael Zukerman is an EB-5 visa expert who also runs a non-discretionary international real estate development fund.

The event begins at noon with a reception, followed by lunch at 12:30 and the program set to run from 1-2 p.m. Admission is $70 up to two days in advance and $80 at the door.
