Cordillera Ranch – the exclusive luxury home community in the scenic Texas Hill Country – unveils 44 new homesites in The Springs of Cordillera Ranch, its premier neighborhood that offers modern amenities with a traditional Texas Hill Country setting.
Ranging in price from $150K to $270K, these expansive estates provide numerous views and tree-covered lots for privacy. Of the 44 new lots at The Springs, five of these will be the most premier home sites offered to date. These estate-sized lots will be set along the crystal-clear flowing waters of Panther Creek amid towering Cypress trees. The remaining 39 home sites will average 2.3 acres, which is 70% larger than the initial lots offered in The Springs.
Like the first phase of the Springs, these new lots will include central gas, water and sewer service. These latter services save the homeowner nearly $40,000 per lot versus installing a well, septic system and propane tank.
“Given the recent momentum in the initial phase of The Springs we’re excited to launch the second phase, particularly considering it will provide an added array of home sites not previously offered,” said Charlie Hill, president and chief operating officer for DH Investments, developer of Cordillera Ranch. “We’ve seen great demand for two-acre view homesites and this addition provides numerous options to choose from, many with creek-front or backing up to a green belt. Furthermore, the pre-development pricing currently available offers an attractive opportunity before prices increase.”
The Springs’ gently rolling, wooded terrain and spring-fed, Cypress-lined creeks are offset with the refinements of curb-and-gutter streets, native landscaped parks and an interconnecting paved trail system for a true neighborhood experience. The hard-surface multi-use paths are convenient for walking, jogging, bicycling and strolling, while nature trails offer hiking and mountain biking opportunities amid Hill Country ambiance. The Springs Sports Fields opened a year ago and offer venues for baseball, basketball, soccer, and other sports and outdoor activities.
Cordillera Ranch has earned a reputation as one of the country’s finest upscale communities. Nearly 800 homes are completed (and more than 1,300 lot sales) in the community. At the final build-out, Cordillera Ranch will total approximately 2,500 homes and preserve 80% of the land in its natural state.
In 2019, the community unveiled several new or updated amenities for its members. Situated on the third hole of the community’s Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and a short golf cart ride from its award-winning clubhouse, The Lodges at Cordillera Ranch opened in August and provide upscale accommodations for members and their guests.
The Golf Performance Center at Cordillera Ranch opened earlier this year and offers two hitting bays, each boasting a Flightscope Launch Monitor and a three-camera system. The Golf Performance Center at Cordillera Ranch also is one of the few facilities in Texas to feature the Swing Catalyst 3D Motion Plate.
The club’s fitness center was recently renovated, complete with a reconfiguration of the facility, new program offerings and updated exercise equipment. The Vista Office and Visitor Center, housing the offices of Cordillera Ranch Realty, DH Investment Company, Pasadera Builders and the Cordillera Ranch POA administration, also recently opened.
