LulaFit, a Chicago-based amenity management firm that operates in residential and office buildings around the U.S., has launched LulaFit Live, a virtualamenities service platform providing tenants and residents fitness and mindfulness classes, social events and lifestyle experiences.
“As office and multifamily properties adapt to amenity closures and reopening guidelines, amenity offerings and programming also needs to adjust,” said Bicé Grobstein, vice president of strategy at LulaFit. “We saw the opportunity to take our physical in-building programming and translate it digitally into a platform offering live and on-demand content from our expert team.”
Through LulaFit Live, developers, owners and property managers can offer tenants and residents unlimited access to live and on-demand fitness and mindfulness classes, social events, and lifestyle experiences. The platform features recurring daily and weekly programming for all members including expert-led fitness, mindfulness, and nutrition livestreams, in addition to game nights, candle making classes, and other social events. Owners of the LulaFit Live account can also plan private programming and custom virtual experiences.
Buildings including 4 World Trade Center, 7 World Trade Center and 120 Broadway in New York City, The Aon Center and The Old Post Office in Chicago, and 1177 Market Street in Philadelphia, have joined LulaFit Live since its beta launch in April 2020.

Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, LulaFit managed on-site fitness, wellness and tenant experience programs.
