The Corcoran Group announced John Felicetti has joined the Corcoran flagship East Side office in the newly created role as Vice President, New Development for the brokerage firm. Corcoran President and CEO, Pamela Liebman made the announcement.
Felicetti moves to Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group where he executed sales and marketing campaigns for premier New York new development properties for over 11 years. In his new position, Felicetti will partner with Corcoran agents to bring new developments to market, drawing on his unique experience serving both top development firms and sales teams in the successful marketing and sell-out of properties.

In his most recent role as Marketing and Public Relations Director for Corcoran Sunshine, Felicetti executed marketing campaigns for top new developments in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Hamptons, including 56 Leonard, Waterline Square, 20 East End Avenue, 70 Vestry and the Watchcase Factory in Sag Harbor. Felicetti was also responsible for all public relations initiatives for Corcoran Sunshine, the preeminent new development firm in the United States.
On his new position at Corcoran, Felicetti remarked, “I’ve been fortunate to learn from the best at Corcoran Sunshine, and I’m excited to bring a new level of strategy to the many Corcoran agents that work in the new development sphere.”
A resident of Manhattan, Felicetti holds a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University and has a background advertising and media agency work before joining Corcoran Sunshine in 2007.
