Permits have been filed for the five-story residential building at East Williamsburg’s 21 Meserole Street in Brooklyn. The development, located between Union Avenue and Lormier Street, is situated close to Sternberg Park. Two blocks south is the Broadway subway station serviced by the G train, and three blocks to the west is Hewes Street station, serviced by the J and M trains. Chang Qing Lin of 97-101 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The building will yield 31,648 square feet of the interior block site, with 16,495 square feet dedicated to residences. 24 rental units will be created, all averaging 687 square feet in the 55-foot tall structure. 5,609 feet will be dedicated to community facilities in the cellar. The application includes 14 off-street parking spaces.

No demolition permits have been fired as of yet. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
