Douglas Elliman Real Estate has announced that Justin Tuinstra, Glenn Davis and their team have joined the Eklund | Gomes Team, co-founded by Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes. Tuinstra and Davis will both take on leadership roles as executive managers of New York, new development sales.
“We see so much of ourselves in Justin and Glenn. Tuinstra and Davis bring their entire sales volume of $200 million in active listings, including new development projects, 200 East 21st Street and 196 Orchard, with them. Their current team members, Sklyer Rhoten, Erika Giordano, David Alex Andrejko, Kimberlee Knecht, Nicholas Compagnone, Diana Guo, Hakim Salih and Marc Riedel will also join them at the Eklund | Gomes Team’s boutique storefront office at 936 Broadway, located directly across from the landmarked Flatiron Building near Union Square, and custom-designed by Paris Forino.
“As Fredrik and I find ourselves now overseeing a big business, with many team members and projects across the nation, we knew that Justin and Glenn would be the right pair to support and continue our team’s domination of the New York City market,” Gomes said.
