Elad Group and Silverstein Properties have announced that One West End, the sculptural glass residential tower located at the corner of 59th Street and West End Avenue, has been honored with two Silver Awards at The Nationals new home sales and marketing awards. Rachel Lerch, One West End’s Lifestyle Director, received the Silver Award for Lifestyle Director of the Year and One West End’s new website, designed by Rode Advertising, received the Silver Award for Best Websites for a Community.

Started in 1982 as the Institute of Residential Marketing, The Nationals award program continues to recognize superior new home sales and marketing achievements. With 61 categories across various disciplines of the new home industry, the awards honor excellence in product and community design, advertising, marketing and sales achievements by individuals and sales teams

“The Nationals are the most prestigious awards of their kind, setting the benchmark for innovations in new home design, marketing and sales,” said Kelly Fink, chairperson of the Nationals. “NAHB’s commitment to recognizing originality, imagination and success has been exemplified by its award winners since the competition’s inception.”

With exterior design by world-renowned Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, interiors by hospitality visionary Jeffrey Beers, whom joined forces with Scavolini to create bespoke custom-designed kitchens and bathrooms, and landscaping by award-winning firm Mathews Nielsen Landscape Architects, One West End boasts a roster of distinguished leaders in architecture and design.

Drawing on her award-winning experience in New York City hospitality, Rachel Lerch manages the two floors of amenities at One West End and offers hotel-style concierge services, acting as a personal attaché for residents. With years of expertise, she is the ideal resource for any and all resident needs. Lerch and her team offer a complete range of à la carte services from New York City’s premier providers. These services will span from Travel and Leisure, Business and Professional Services, Pet Services to Home Care, Children Services and so much more.

With over 35,000 square feet of expansive amenities at One West End, Lerch assures no need goes unfulfilled and is dedicated to helping residents live luxuriously. Local tastemakers in their own right, the Lifestyle Team will enhance each resident’s daily life at home and in the cultural heart of New York City.

Lerch also ensures that from the moment residents walk through the door, they feel at home, from initiating the move-in process to assisting with individual needs.

“Rachel is an integral part of the team at One West End, with incredible attention to detail and talented expertise in hospitality,” said Samantha Sax, chief marketing and design officer, Elad Group. “She has taken lifestyle services to a new level and established innovative programs that create a resort-inspired atmosphere for residents. Rachel’s vision is always strong and inventive and her desire to not only cater to resident’s needs but create an interactive community is something we always aspire to offer.”

Rode Advertising was honored for their design of the new One West End website, which earned a Silver Award for Best Website for a Community. This category focuses on the design, effectiveness, use of best practices and user experiences. The thoughtful design of One West End’s new website was created as part of a marketing initiative to showcase the building’s unique lifestyle offering within the rising neighborhood of Riverside Center, as well as the remarkable amenities offered within the building.

Rode also developed a new tagline for the building, “Discover the Elevated West End,” which served to distinguish the property’s location as one of its own and therefore allowed stunning images of the residences and amenity spaces to tell the brand story. By incorporating animation and transitions to the single page site, the flowing nature of the functionality has led to impressive user engagement and interaction.

An illustrated map of the area was also created and allows creative icons to speak to the area. With a dedicated gallery of sharp and sophisticated neighborhood photography, users are met with a constant array of high-resolution imagery and content built to tell the story of how the intricate details of the property and neighborhood come together to create a remarkable collection of residences.

In addition to these two Silver Awards, the One West End team received a third award recognizing Samantha Sax, Chief Marketing and Design Officer, Elad Group, as the Gold Award Winner for the unique and thoughtful marketing strategies she brings to this project, a well as Elad’s portfolio of iconic properties located in major markets throughout the U.S.

Hosted by the NAHB National Sales and Marketing Council, the event took place on February 19 in Las Vegas at the 2019 International Builders’ Show. A diverse panel of industry professionals from across the country selected Gold award winners from nearly than 1,300 entries.
