Stress is undermining fashion workplace well-being. Just one Google search of “fashion industry occupational stress” or “mental health within the fashion industry” and the pervasiveness of the issue becomes well apparent. Some reports assert that fashion industry employees suffer greater stress than those in other industries. There, he works as a contractor in the role of Industrial/Organizational Psychologist for the Naval Center for Combat and Operational Stress Control. His work has been published in peer reviewed empirical journals such as “Military Medicine Journal of Traumatic Stress, Journal of Addictive Behaviors and Psychological Trauma: Theory, Research, Practice, and Policy.” He’s also edited books such as “The Handbook of Employee Engagement,” which is considered a valuable resource for organizational psychologists.
