Houlihan-Parnes Realtors LLC division GHP Office Realty LLC has renewed leases with several companies in its downtown buildings on Huguenot Street in New Rochelle, New York. The New York State Department of Health just signed a 10-year renewal on nearly 19,000 square feet of space at 145 Huguenot Street, continuing a 15-year presence at the building.

New transactions include a 10-year lease with logistics and distribution services provider We Ship Express Inc., for a 28,000-square-foot warehouse space at 145 Huguenot. Jamie Schwartz, executive vice president of GHP, represented the owner and Eric Goldschmidt, principal of Goldschmidt & Associates Commercial Real Estate Group, represented We Ship Express Inc.  Durante Rentals LLC signed a new five-year lease earlier this year for over 5,000 square feet at the same building.
