Ballon Stoll Bader & Nadler P.C. Moving to 810 Seventh Avenue

Peter Sabesan

Peter Sabesan, managing principal, and Nicholas B. Markel, vice president, of Cresa have arranged new offices for Ballon Stoll Bader & Nadler P.C. at 810 Seventh Avenue. The 11-year lease for the 6,000-square-foot space includes 12 months of free rent. The Manhattan-based law firm is moving from 729 Seventh Avenue.

“We were able to negotiate excellent terms for our client, which was a key factor in their decision to relocate,” Markel said. “In addition, we were working with a preeminent landlord and leasing team open to having this highly-esteemed, credit-worthy tenant in their building.”

“After touring multiple subleases and direct space opportunities, we decided to move forward at 810 Seventh Avenue due to our clients’ familiarity with the neighborhood and the landlord’s ability to cater to our needs,” said Ballon Stoll Partner Vano Haroutunian. “There were a lot of attractive deals in the market, but the building and particular space we selected are top-notch.”

Representing the landlord, SL Green Realty Corp., in-house was Jeremy Bier, vice president, and Barry Zeller, executive managing director at Cushman & Wakefield Inc. The asking rent was $65 per square foot.
