“I had the pleasure of working with Rick many years ago, and have served on the Plaza Committee of The Real Estate Board of New York with him, which he ran for 22 years,” said Andrew G. Simon, executive managing director of Helmsley Spear, who runs the brokerage arm of the company. “Rick has an encyclopedic knowledge of the NYC commercial market and will fit right in with the other senior brokers we have brought on board over the past year as we build the company back into prominence.”
