Scott Harris, a top producing residential real estate agent at Brown Harris Stevens and leader of the award-winning Harris Residential Team, is credited with a 2023 mid-year total of $105 million dollars in New York City residential real estate sales, rentals, and out of market referrals closed and in-contract.

The total mid-year volume includes 41 residential sale transaction sides, 21 of which Scott and his team represented the buyer, 16 where they served as the exclusive listing agent, and four transactions where they represented both the buyer and seller. Additionally, the team was responsible for 24 transactions over the city’s reported second quarter median sale price of $1,200,000.

The Harris Residential Team has recently welcomed Robert Levine, Brandon Moore, and Hillary Waldstein to meet increasing business demands.

A trusted and valued real estate advisor, Robert joins The Harris Residential Team with a keen eye for architecture and design and a well-earned reputation for outstanding client service, creative marketing, and savvy negotiating skills. He ran an advertising agency before his own success in buying and flipping homes and advising friends led him to pursue real estate full time. A Connecticut native, Robert has lived in New York City for more than three decades and currently resides in a Tribeca loft that he lovingly transformed from an unlivable space to a wonderful home brimming with celebrated original details.

Drawing from more than a decade of experience that spans all facets of real estate, Brandon has helped numerous clients navigate the residential sale and rental market. Raised in Michigan, Brandon was first introduced to real estate through a college internship with a luxury real estate development firm, and his passion for the industry only deepened. Brandon is closely aligned with the team’s People First philosophy and has built his business by forming authentic relationships with his clients and collaborating towards their success. Brandon resides in Prospect Heights with his husband, daughter, and beloved rescue beagle.

As a third-generation residential real estate agent, Hillary takes great pride in demystifying the complicated real estate process by prioritizing an education-first approach to translate complex data into understandable and actionable insights. Referred to as a “calm force,” Hillary fosters strong relationships with all of her clients and also helps manage the emotional side of real estate by providing support to and beyond the closing table. Hillary is a Chicago native who has lived in New York City for nearly ten years, currently residing with her fiancée and bernadoodle in the vibrant Financial District.

Prioritizing client service and combining proven market expertise with timely research, Scott and his team help buyers and sellers identify and secure opportunities in cooperative apartments, landmarked townhouses and condominiums throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.

For home sellers, the team implements a proprietary process to create a unique branding campaign and multi-faceted marketing strategy. Such targeted campaigns have resulted in matches with delighted homebuyers that exceed expectations. Features on social media, television, and domestic and international publications have also contributed to a business based largely on referrals.
