4: The number of buildings Queens had in PropertyShark’s top 10 best-selling NYC buildings of 2017; Brooklyn and Manhattan also boasted three each.
$794,223: The median sale price of the Grand at Sky View Parc in Queens, the luxury condominium tower that became New York City’s No. 1 best-selling building of last year.
173: The number of sales closed at 550 Vanderbilt in Brooklyn last year, allowing the development to stake its claim as the second best-selling building of 2017.
3 Million: The median sales price of 2017’s priciest building, 50 West Street, in Manhattan.
1,600: The number of vehicles Queens’ Flushing Commons can accommodate in its valet parking unit. The luxury condo development project was the third bestselling building of 2017.
145: The number of sales 2016’s hottest-selling property closed within the year. In 2017, Queens’ Grand at Sky View Parc sold a whopping 463 units, blowing 2016’s number out of the water.
