Halstead Real Estate announced that three of its agents were recognized at the Real Estate Board of New York’s 31st Annual Residential Deal of the Year Charity and Awards Gala, held at the Plaza Hotel.

The awards are:
2019 Rookie of the Year: Margaret Simmons, Park Slope Office
Margaret “Meggie” Simmons was honored as the 2019 Rookie of the Year, an award that recognizes current and potential professional achievement as well as high moral character and ethical professional conduct.
Second Place | 2019 Residential Sales Deal of the Year: Debra Hoffman, Westside Office
Debra Hoffman of Halstead’s Westside office was awarded second place for Sales Deal of the Year.
Third Place | 2019 Residential Sales Deal of the Year: Nicole Hay, Park Avenue Office
Nicole of Halstead’s Park Avenue office was awarded third place for Sales Deal of the Year. Her co-broker on the deal was Jennifer Ting Chen of Corcoran.
