The Corcoran Group recently announced that Jennifer Hyland, Palm Beach market expert, has returned to Corcoran. Announcement of the move was made by Pamela Liebman, Corcoran’s President and CEO.

Hyland will now be affiliated with Corcoran’s Palm Beach office and with career sales of over $2 billion, her knowledge of the luxury real estate market is legendary and she has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and Financial Times, among others. Most recently she appeared in The Real Deal for setting a Palm Beach Gardens record with 14844 Palmwood Road, a home that sold for nearly $1,500 a per square foot. Previously, as Managing Director of the Peters & Hyland Group at Illustrated Properties, she was a vital member of the highest selling team in company history.

Bringing over $31.1M in active inventory to Corcoran, Hyland’s experience, market savvy and attention to personal service is the reason why her referral network spans the globe. A natural people person, Hyland has the unique ability to prioritize her client’s needs and chart their path to success. Illustrated Properties’ Dan Igo will also be joining Corcoran as a member of Hyland’s team.

Prior to taking the real estate industry by storm, Hyland’s diverse background includes successful leadership roles in a number of well-known organizations including Time Inc., now Meredith Corporation, and SlimFast Foods. She also worked with acclaimed architect Helmut Jahn, opening his Madison Avenue office and supporting a range of clients that include IBM, Cohen Brothers and the Trump Organization. Hyland credits her diverse colorful background for giving her a depth and understanding of life in both the Palm Beaches and beyond.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jennifer back to Corcoran,” said Liebman. “From Palm Beach to Jupiter Island, she has an incredible track record and due to an innovative approach in this ever-changing region, she’s a trusted advisor to both buyers and sellers. I am confident that she will be unstoppable with the strength of the Corcoran brand behind her.”

Hyland remarked on her move, “I am thrilled to return to Corcoran – it is a brand synonymous with success, bespoke client services and unparalleled agent support. I look forward to aligning with the growth that Corcoran is poised to achieve throughout South Florida and am eager for all of the opportunities on my horizon. I remain tremendously grateful for my time at Illustrated Properties, especially for the opportunity to work alongside the iconic Dolly and Michael Peters.”

Hyland grew up in Stamford, CT and is an alumni of Fairfield University where she studied journalism. A 30-year resident of the Palm Beaches and a realtor with 20+ years of experience, her Florida roots trace back to the early 1980’s when her family purchased a home in North Palm Beach. Hyland is actively involved in several local charities including Peggy Adams Animal Rescue, Meals on Wheels, STOP Children’s Cancer and Hospice of Palm Beach County. She is also a member of the Master Brokers Forum, Women’s Council of Realtors, Toll Brothers Advisory Board and the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches.
