Rising Stars Marko Arsic and Jason Lau Form New Sales Team at Corcoran

Corcoran agents Marko Arsic and Jason Lau have formed a new team with worldwide appeal, merging their talents into a powerful presence within the New York City real estate market. With ten years of combined experience, both have proven to be rising stars, achieving recognition as Realogy Top 1% agents, and consistently ranking in Corcoran’s Top 25 Manhattan agents. In 2021 alone, they achieved $60M in sales.

Lau says about the partnership: “Marko and I don’t think of ourselves as merely real estate salespeople. We are New York lifestyle experts and we love to showcase the city through the homes we share with buyers. We formed a team because we both admire each other in many different ways, and we feel like we can become one of New York’s top performing teams by joining forces.”

“With our shared personal interests and our diverse backgrounds, creating a team with Jason was an easy decision,” says Arsic. “Jason and I were friends first and have an essential trust with each other that is important to our business. We love people and the energy we have for connecting with others is what will continue to bring us success. I’m excited to see what we can accomplish together.”

Arsic was named Corcoran’s 2019 Rookie of the Year, and has since gone on to build a loyal client base through social media. With over 170,000 followers on TikTok and close to 59,000 followers on Instagram, he has embraced social media as the future of real estate. A native of Serbia, Arsic earned a Business Management degree from the University of Belgrade with a background in interior design and management.

After over a decade in banking, Lau transitioned to real estate, bringing his experience in relationship management to his role as an agent. Originally from Hong Kong, Lau is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, English and he holds a BA in Finance and Economics. Prior to joining the real estate industry, he was First Vice President and Head of Retail Business Development in First American International Bank. Lau is also an Advisory Board Member for Dance to Unite, a Member of Rotary Club, and a Chinese Advisory Board Member for CaringKind NYC.
