Kate Oh Gallery Presents Anima Mundi

A rendering of a plaza in what will be the tallest bulding on the West Coast

Thursday, January 18, Kate Oh Gallery will be presenting Anima Mundi, a two-person exhibition featuring the internationally

renowned artists Celia Gerard and Emily Auchincloss. The artists both took part in the gallery’s inaugural group show ‘All in One’, which was considered to be a prologue to the upcoming shows in 2018.

The title of the exhibition, Anima Mundi, is an idea expressed in both Eastern and Western philosophies. Anima Mundi refers to the concept of a world soul-a global life force that connects all animate things. Gerard and Auchincloss explore this idea of interconnectivity in their layered and vibrant abstractions.
