For the third year in a row, The Corcoran Group has more total individual agents ranked by sales volume in The Thousand, a prestigious list of the top real estate professionals in America, than any other company in markets served by Corcoran.
A total of 24 individual Corcoran agents and four sales teams have been recognized by the 2018 REAL Trends in The Wall Street Journal report.
Corcoran President and CEO, Pamela Liebman remarked on this year’s results, saying, “Corcoran agents continue to rank, year after year, among the highest performing real estate professionals in the country, and our agents earn this national recognition for their incredible efforts, dedication, and phenomenal achievements.”
Corcoran agents ranked among the top 250 individual agents by sales volume by The Thousand includes Vickey Barron, Susan Breitenbach, Paulette Koch, Tim Davis, Cathy Franklin, Deborah Grubman, Deborah Rieders, Robby Browne, Julie Pham, Gary DePersia, Suzanne Frisbie, Jessica Buchman, Danny Davis, Leighton Candler, Heather McMaster, Hilary Landis, Susan Lendrum, Steven Cohen, Deborah Kern, Scott Stewart, Sharon Baum, Michael Schultz, Jay Glazer, and Charlie Pigott.
Corcoran stands out this year as the only firm to have individual agents from the Brooklyn market included in the ranking; this honor was awarded to Deborah Rieders, Jessica Buchman, Heather McMaster, and Charlie Pigott.
The top-ranked sales team at Corcoran for highest sales volume was the Carrie Chiang/Janet Wang Team with nearly $437 million in sales. Three other Corcoran teams ranked among the top 250 teams, including the Deanna Kory Team, The Steve Gold Team, and The Meier Team.
