Brack Capital Real Estate (the developer of 90 Morton) and Reuveni Real Estate (the sales and marketing team) hosted an event at 90 Morton, a residential development condominium conversion in the West Village, with interiors by Leroy Street Studio and concept architecture by Asaf Gottesman of GSArch.
The event was a jewelry trunk show displaying collections from ANNA, a luxury goods and jewelry line that is headquartered in Europe, with one store in New York City run by Daniel Ausserladschneider.
The event was an intimate gathering with about 80 attendees throughout the night including brokers from Compass, Douglas Elliman, Brown Harris Stevens, and Citi Habitats. Champagne and charcuterie were served while guests made their way to ANNA’s display which showcased a selection of jewelry including rings, necklaces and earrings, to name a few, on display for attendees to purchase at preferred pricing.
The event’s purpose to drive foot traffic to the building. It was an intimate gathering, and was well attended by future buyers, brokers and a few social media influencers.
