When complete, the Estates at Acqualina will offer 248 luxurious residences from three to seven bedrooms in two, 50-story towers, The South Tower, 777 Via Acqualina and the Boutique North Tower, 888 Via Acqualina. Each estate in the sky will be equipped with a La Cornue gas range and Sub-Zero appliances, imported stone countertops, smart-home technology, 10-foot 6-inch ceilings and a vent-free fireplace. Each master suite will boast his-and-her bathroom suites with imported onyx countertops and walls and marble floors, a steam mist shower, a free-standing custom tub and elaborate his-and-her- dressing rooms with choices of diamond-stitched eco-leather closets.
Villa Acqualina will offer guests luxurious and unprecedented amenities, including Circus Maximus, a bowling alley, a spa and fitness center, a speakeasy and a world-class restaurant with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The lobby of the Estates at Acqualina is a tour de force of contemporary design conceived by the inimitable Karl Lagerfeld in 2016. The Estates mark the first interior project in the United States for the late designer.
“Simply put, the Estates at Acqualina will be the world’s finest residences,” said developer Jules Trump. “Eddie and I wanted our entrance lobbies to be the piece de resistance of our new project, and who better to create these than the master of modern creativity: Karl Lagerfeld. Karl is the world’s most acclaimed designer, and we believe his high-end designs will be greatly valued by our residents, who desire an incomparable level of opulence, luxury, design and style.”
“Lobbies serve two purposes; they are the first impression of a building and a common living room for socializing.” — Karl Lagerfeld
With the launch of sales for the final boutique tower, the Estates at Acqualina unveiled a sales gallery featuring a full-scale, working model of an Estates residence, giving potential buyers the ability to fully appreciate the luxury amenities that will be available in each residence complete with exquisite furnishings, rich materials and extraordinary attention to detail.
“Walking into the gallery is like walking into a home,” said Michael Goldstein, president of sales for the Estates at Acqualina. “We provide a full picture so future residents can see in its entirety what they’re going to buy.”
The open floorplan amplifies the ocean views from the living area through to the kitchen. When residents look from their terrace into the expansive interior area, they’ll see a 57-foot work of art living space.
“The sense of arrival starts at the private foyer, and once the front doors open, unobstructed floor-to-ceiling windows provide an impactful view,” said Isabel Tragash, principal of STA Architectural Group.
Also designed by the award-winning team at STA Architectural Group is AcquaFit, which will offer an oasis for residents to rejuvenate their mind and body through a combination of wellness and sports training, promoting a healthy lifestyle and an enriching experience within a community environment.
AcquaFit’s overall design will draw inspiration from natural elements and the local landscape, emulating water through shades of green to evoke a calming sensation. One of AcquaFit’s most unique features will be its exquisite Halo Therapy Salt Suite, which incorporates a technology that infuses salt into the air to treat respiratory conditions, promote better breathing and healthier skin as well as increase energy. The Salt Suite will be enclosed in a large organic orb where residents can relax on loungers for muscle and mental relaxation.
“The residents of the world’s finest residences should also have access to the world’s finest wellness and fitness facility,” Trump said. “Providing an unparalleled sanctuary, AcquaFit at Villa Acqualina will guide residents of the Estates at Acqualina on a relaxing and invigorating journey to awaken and engage every sense.”
