Time Equities Brings Mixed-Use to West Palm Beach at CasaMara

Retail on the ground floor of the residential buildings will create a village-like atmosphere

From the West Side to West Palm: New York City-based international real estate firm Time Equities Inc. (TEI) is bringing the mixed-use, resort-style development CasaMara to 3111 South Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach, Florida. The complex will offer 300 Class A apartments, a 16,000-square-foot clubhouse and an additional 16,000 square feet of retail shops along Dixie Highway called The Plaza at CasaMara (The Plaza). The project features a total of seven low-rise buildings spread out over 10 acres.

Located just south of Belvedere Road and in the heart of the El Cid neighborhood and the Antique Row district, CasaMara will serve as the newest and chicest living and shopping destination for the area, its developers said. MSA Architects has created the project’s Spanish-Eclectic architecture, while the modern interiors and amenities are being handled by ID and Design International. The homes will offer a wide range of unit types and sizes from studios to three-bedroom residences.

The apartments will feature kitchens with islands, white subway tile backsplashes, and white quartz countertops, as well as stainless steel Samsung appliances. Units will have full-size washer and dryers, oversized showers and closets and wood plank flooring. Also incorporated are smart home features and large balconies.

The indoor and outdoor amenities will include a resort pool with cabanas and in-pool ledge seating areas; a pool pavilion building with grilling stations, lush landscaping, and a 60-foot water wall; a Jacuzzi with therapeutic jets; a co-working lounge with private offices; a state-of-the-art fitness center with cutting-edge equipment; bark park; game room with billiards and Wii Stations; a club room with art lounge and fireplace; dining facilities for private parties and a full suite of children’s amenities including a kids’ pool, air-conditioned playroom, and outdoor playground. A community herb garden is planned, as is a treatment room.

Set to open in Spring 2021, The Plaza will offer a curated mix of neighborhood-scale retail stores, on-street parking, wide sidewalks with shade trees, lush landscaping, outdoor seating and a corner park with a fountain. Avison Young will handle retail leasing and marketing.

KAST Construction is the construction management firm and Zabik & Associates is serving as the project management firm.
