Houlihan-Parnes Properties has completed four leases totaling 6,350 square feet at 4174-4198 White Plains Road in Bronx, New York, located at East 233rd Street. The transactions were: Taco Bell for 1,350 square feet; Golden Krust for 1,450 square feet; McDonald’s, renewing its lease for 10 years and T-Mobile renewing its lease for five years.
“The execution of the leases with Taco Bell and Golden Krust, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic is a great sign of confidence in retail for the northern Bronx,” said David Lulgjuraj, asset manager for Houlihan-Parnes, who represented ownership in all of the transactions. “The building continues to renew existing tenants and attract new ones because of heavy foot traffic, its location at the No. 2 train subway stop and multiple bus stops. The surrounding area’s dense multifamily mid-rise buildings also bring shoppers to the White Plains Road retailers.”
