Christina brings 12 years of experience (and over $350 million in residential sales) “back home” to Modern Spaces, where she hopes to take advantage of the grassroots marketing and community involvement opportunities often lacking from larger, investor-led firms. Christina has successfully sold/leased out 8 new developments in Queens and plans to continue to dominate the ever-expanding LIC real estate market alongside team members Kareline Guzman and Casey Furlong at Modern Spaces.
