Real estate capital equity firm Madison International Realty has named Anisa Keith as director of equity capital markets, based in Los Angeles, California.
“Anisa adds a dimension to our global coverage of institutional investors in that she is a seasoned professional with strong connections to limited partners,” said Ronald Dickerman, Madison International Realty founder and president. “She has developed a reputation as a trusted and knowledgeable industry participant.”
Keith will report to Michael Chen, managing director and head of capital markets, who oversees ECM/investor relations, and will work to expand the firm’s sales coverage across a variety of asset allocators throughout the U.S. She brings to Madison experience advising institutional investors on investing in real estate. She will continue to expand her role in developing a strong network of relationships with leading asset managers and U.S. pension funds.
Prior to joining Madison, Keith was Head of Investor Relations at Basis Capital Investment Group. She is a graduate of Georgetown University and earned an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
