AMA Consulting Engineers Rebrands as Ama Group

AMA Consulting Engineers, a provider of cost-effective and solution-oriented engineering design and implementation nationwide, has changed its name to AMA Group, to be more representative of the organization’s diverse services offering and national presence, as it enters its 22nd year of operation.

“While we remain true to our original mission of listening and putting the client needs at the forefront, along with offering the most innovative engineering consulting, we recognize that our previous moniker no longer captures the extensive scope of what the firm now has to offer,” said Arthur Metzler, CEO of AMA Group. “Since inception, we have expanded our services and geographies throughout the country by tapping into decades of collective specialized leadership experience.  As such, adjusting our name to reflect this growth and refreshing the brand to recognize the independence of the various business units, but also to bring us together, is an ideal way to mark the start of our 22nd year, as well as to position us for continued growth, both organically and via acquisition.”

Since its 2000 founding in New York City, AMA Group has employed a business approach with a laser-like focus on client service, being attentive to cost and scheduling and embracing emerging technologies, the firm said. It has since grown to national offices in New York, New Jersey, California, Florida and Texas.
