Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of KinderCare, a 2.61 acre, net-leased property located at 2401 Atlantic Ave. in Manasquan, New Jersey, for $3.265 million.
Alan Cafiero, Brent Hyldahl, Ben Sgambati and Seth Goldberg, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Cafiero, Hyldahl and Goldberg.
“The property had tremendous interest from the investment community generating multiple offers due to its prime location and long term, triple net lease,” Cafiero said. “The purchaser completed a 1031 exchange in buying this asset.”
