The appeal was a combination of the unique product, the prime location, and the developer’s strong track record,” reports Eloy Carmenate, who handled sales along with business partner, Mick Duchon. “We were selling from floorplans and in some cases via Zoom calls, but were able to leverage our physical sales gallery to show clients the actual finishes and fixtures. There’s unprecedented demand for Miami real estate, especially for a product this desirable. We are proud to have achieved sales of over $2,000 per square foot, which is remarkably strong for a non-oceanfront property.”
