Adache Group Architects, the premier South Florida based architectural firm specializing in hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use construction, recently announced that it has been selected as the Architect by Indianapolis-based MHG Hotels to design the Hollywood Courtyard by Marriott. The hotel will be located at 1926-1934 Tyler Street in downtown Hollywood FL.
The 13-Story midrise hotel will be ideally situated in the epicenter of the city’s acclaimed downtown and will encompass approximately 137,000-square-feet of area and will include 112 Guestrooms. Amenities include a Swimming Pool, Bistro & Bar, Starbucks Coffee, Breakfast Dining, Meeting Rooms, Business Center, and 24/7 Fitness Center. Guestrooms feature in-room flat screen TVs, microwaves and refrigerators, and complimentary Wi-Fi connectivity.
