Sage Realty, the leasing and management division of the William Kaufman Organization (WKO), has signed new and renewal leases totaling over 23,000 square feet at 767 Third Ave. Sage recently unveiled a $53 million repositioning at this property, which will feature an Oasis amenity program and improvements that have been designed to enhance productivity and overall wellbeing.
“These leases highlight the appeal of the exciting repositioning coming to 767 Third Ave., which will give us one of the most innovative office buildings in New York City,” says Michael Lenchner, executive vice president and director of leasing at Sage. “We are hearing from tenants the importance of providing new and reinvigorated spaces to support their evolving needs, and this tower is ideally suited to meet these demands.”
Sage’s new tenants include: Spears & Imes LLP, a civil litigation law firm, signing a new lease for the full 36th floor; Greenberg Trager & Herbst LLP, a construction law firm, renewing its existing office space and AGW Holding LLC signing a new lease.
The 320,000-square-foot, 40-story tower is instilled with flexible spaces promoting collaboration, infused with moments of serenity, creating the ideal work-life balance. It also hosts the world’s largest chess board. Sage has commissioned FXCollaborative and Fogarty Finger to distinctively design and reimagine the lobby, amenity program and the property. The repositioning will be completed by Q1 2023.
