Adams & Co. has announced two new companies have signed a total of 4,470 square feet of space at 431 Fifth Ave.
Silver Mirror, a facial bar that introduces a new skincare lifestyle with highly specialized, result driven facial treatments, signed a 15-year, 2,370-square-foot lease to occupy the ground floor and part of the basement. Asking rent was $200 per square foot.
Island to East Side, a company that specializes in custom clutches and beach totes for brides, will occupy the entire sixth floor in a seven-year, 2,100-square-foot lease. Asking rent was $39 per square foot.

Buslik and Jay Dispaltro of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, 431 Building Inc., and Doug Kleiman and Morgan Singer of Ripco Real Estate represented the tenant, Silver Mirror, in the transaction. Buslik represented the landlord and Jay Dispaltro represented the tenant, Island to East Side, in that transaction.
Located on Fifth Avenue between 38th and 39th Streets, 431 Fifth Ave. is a six-story building built in 1929.
