Retail brokerage group Axiom Retail Advisors has joined X Team Retail Advisors as an affiliate of the leading national retail real estate advisory platform. Axiom is based in Southern California and its team brings 100 years of combined experience in the shopping center industry, having completed more than 4,000 lease and sales transactions valued at more than $1.6 billion and encompassing roughly 80 million square feet of space.
Established by Terry Bortnick, Paul Bartlett, Lea Clay Park and Stephanie Skrbin, Axiom is a boutique retail brokerage firm founded earlier this year. Additional leaders of the Axiom team include Preston Kim, while Michelle Meija heads up marketing for the group. Axiom operates four offices across the Greater Los Angeles region including in Irvine, El Segundo, Ontario and Solana Beach. Primarily focused on the dynamic Southern California markets, Axiom also has a wealth of experience in multiple regions and states across the country.
