Time Equities Inc. has fully leased the retail component of its CasaMara mixed-use development in West Palm Beach, Florida, with stores to open by the end of 2023. Located at 3111 South Dixie Highway, the Plaza at CasaMara features eight stores totaling approximately 15,000 square feet.
Currently, only Common Grounds Brew & Roastery coffee shop is open and operating at The Plaza. Tropical Smoothie Café is set to open this fall.
“Time Equities is thrilled that CasaMara has attracted such a stellar line-up of neighborhood retailers. We think the CasaMara residential community as well as residents from the surrounding neighborhoods are going to be extremely happy with the mix and quality of the offerings at the The Plaza,” said Robert Singer, director of development at TEI. “We worked diligently with our broker, Landmark Commercial Realty Advisors, to carefully curate the tenants at The Plaza. We see this center as an amenity for the whole community.”
The eight retailers at The Plaza at CasaMara include: Common Grounds Brew & Roastery, a local coffee shop with unique suppliers of organically grown, fair-trade beans; Tropical Smoothie Café, an established restaurant franchise that offers healthy smoothies, sandwiches, wraps, salads, flat breads, and bowls; Guaco Go, a local operator of guacamole-themed, fast-casual cuisine; West Palm Wine Co., an independent wine shop offering organic, biodynamic and natural wines; home furnishings retailer Mecox; Bakes & Kropp Fine Cabinetry, a premier kitchen design and luxury cabinetry company; a DryBar salon and StretchLab, a national fitness concept.
“We are very pleased to have completed the CasaMara retail lease-up on behalf of Time Equities. Our local market knowledge and ‘boots on the ground’ approach made a difference here in getting to the right operators for the project,” said Alfredo Sanchez, director of leasing and sales at Landmark.
In addition to The Plaza, CasaMara’s residential component — which is now 99% leased — offers 300 Class A apartments as well as a 16,000-square-foot clubhouse. The project features a total of seven low-rise buildings over 10 acres.
