Co-working and co-warehousing facility Fashion Assembly has leased a 16,000-square-foot building at 2028 Bay Street in Los Angeles, California’s Arts District.
Fashion Assembly provides beauty and fashion brands owned by people of color with a unique combination of flexible office space, community involvement, and logistics support. This is the third move for Fashion Assembly co-founders Anje Collins and Brian Pearson.
“It’s been amazing to watch my clients grow, and I was thrilled to help them obtain their new space to help other brands grow,” said Corina Irvin, principal and broker at Peninsula Commercial Real Estate Group, who closed the lease.
