Tanger Factory Outlet Centers has opened Ulta Beauty at its Rehoboth Beach, Delaware center. The 10,000-square-foot destination is the first Ulta Beauty store within Tanger’s portfolio.

Ulta Beauty held a soft opening in Rehoboth Beach on September 30.
