Dottid announced two new releases, Capital Projects and Suite Card, expanding its workflow and collaboration features beyond deals to capital expenditure projects.

Clients can manage construction projects from start to finish entirely in Dottid, collect and approve bids, set key milestone dates, track project progress and collaborate with teams directly in the project activity feed. Each project rolls up into a summary page where clients can see their budget projections, spend history, and projected completion dates. Clients can also check in on any property to see what projects are planned, in progress and recently completed so clients can always stay up to date.

“We are very excited about these new additions to Dottid,” said Kyle Waldrep, founder and CEO of Dottid. “We are continuously building and expanding to improve the user experience and change the way data is used in commercial real estate.”

Additionally, Dottid has expanded the suite card. Clients can invite property managers into Dottid to keep track of all tenant updates, space repairs and other comments related to a suite or active lease. Clients can also get notified when a lease commences, expires or vacates early.

Along with the activity feed, clients can now add additional contacts related to a tenant so everyone is aware of who the key decision makers are, not just the tenant reps that worked the original deal. With Dottid’s suite card updates, client teams are armed with all the information they need to stay on top of renewals and new lease activity.
