Olive Tree Ventures, the standalone proptech and contech venture investing arm of Olive Tree Holdings, a mission-driven private investment company with a focus on real estate, announced that Jeremy Kaner has joined the firm as a partner.
In his role, Kaner will oversee OTV’s investment activities across sourcing, diligence and deal execution. Additionally, he will aid in leading portfolio company management and strategic partner network activities, and will serve as a member of OTV’s investment committee.

Prior to joining Olive Tree Ventures, Kaner helped grow Tishman Speyer’s venture investing platform and aided in building Picus Capital in the Americas. Previously, he helped found the proptech and contech investment banking group at Barclays after starting his career at Barclays in real estate investment banking. He graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Johns Hopkins University.
