The Amberly’s address is 120 Nassau St.

“The activity at 203 Jay Street is the latest indicator of the increased demand we’re seeing both in this submarket and the office market overall,” said Jonathan Bennett, president of AmTrust RE. “We’re pleased to see that this asset is attracting interest from notable companies because of its amenities and the unique work environment it affords tenants. We look forward to welcoming Morgan & Morgan to the building and ensuring a long-term, positive experience at our property.”
