Gil-Bar Solutions, an HVAC sales engineering firm and provider of complex HVAC solutions, has completed its merger with HC Nye, expanding Gil-Bar’s footprint in Eastern Pennsylvania. The expansion is the latest in a wider initiative to grow Gil-Bar’s geographic presence by partnering with leading HVAC providers in each market.
HC Nye and Gil-Bar’s combined business in Pennsylvania will operate as HC Nye. The Nye family has built the business in this market over the past 45 years; it now has offices in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and plans to continue to expand into other regions.
