The Altman Companies Breaks Ground on Altra Kendall in Miami

The Altman Companies, a nationally recognized developer, builder, and manager of exceptional rental apartment communities, recently announced it has closed on the land and construction loan for Altra Kendall, a Luxury Midrise Apartment Community in Miami. The property, located in the heart of Kendall at 9501 SW 137th Avenue, will be near Baptist Health Facilities, Zoo Miami, Gold Coast Railroad Museum, and multiple shopping areas.
