Two new tenants are coming to Hartford Corners in Delran, New Jersey, extending a period of leasing momentum for the retail property at the intersection of Route 130 and Hartford Road. The latest additions include restaurant Top Pot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, with 7,500 square feet and Virtua Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation with 3,000 square feet.
Kendal Hand-Freda and Fred Younkin of Levin Management Corporation (LMC), the 215,000-square-foot center’s exclusive leasing representatives, negotiated the recent transactions on behalf of the property’s ownership. Jerry Johnson of Bennett Williams Commercial represented Top Pot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot.
“Top Pot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is a new business venture for its operator, an experienced restauranteur with several other Asian food concepts in the marketplace. With a hot pot of simmering broth as each table’s centerpiece, restaurant-goers will dip different types of raw ingredients into the hot pot – cooking, eating and socializing with the group at the table,” Hand-Freda said. “This tenant is a prime example of the unique and increasingly popular hot-pot shared dining concept”
Virtua Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation will provide care from clinically experienced and licensed therapists to patients of all ages.
“Healthcare concepts are excellent traffic drivers that contribute significantly to a retail property’s overall ‘destination’ mix,” said Hand-Freda, noting Hartford Corners already is home to Virtua Hand Surgery & Rehabilitation Center.
