Karen Chinchilla LLC, a tailor and seamstress of bespoke clothing, signed a three-year lease for a 700-square-foot showroom and workspace at 248 West 35th St. and will be relocating from 325 West 38th St. in the first quarter of this year. The landlord, BKC Commons LLC, was represented in-house by Albert Srour. Asking rent was $38 per square foot.
Le Styles Inc., a wholesaler and manufacturer of women’s regular and plus-size clothing, signed a five-year lease for a 830-square-foot office and showroom at 209 West 38th St. in the first quarter of 2023. The owner was working with another company and it’s his new division. The landlord, GFP Real Estate LLC, was represented in-house by Matt Mandell. Asking rent was $38 per square foot.
Bara Thiam Style LLC, a designer and manufacturer of women’s clothing, signed a three-year lease for a 967-square-foot office and showroom at 209 West 38th St.and will be relocating from 265 West 37th St. in the first quarter of 2023. The landlord, GFP Real Estate LLC, was represented in-house by Mandell. Asking rent was $38 per square foot.
Sentimental Inc., a manufacturer of women’s dresses and separates, signed a five-year lease for a 1,764-square-foot office and showroom at 215 West 40th St. and will be relocating from 260 West 39th St. in the first quarter of 2023. Representing the landlord Heskel’s Capital LLC was Ian Weiss of ABS Partners Real Estate LLC. Asking rent was $39 per square foot.
C2R Ventures LLC, a talent advisory collective dedicated to disrupting the technology, financial, fintech and management consulting recruitment space, signed a five-year lease for a 1,700-square-foot office at 39 West 37th St. and relocated from 68 Third St. in Brooklyn, New York in September 2022. The landlord, Walter & Samuels Inc., was represented in-house by Justin Gentile. Asking rent was $42 per square foot.
