EW Howell Construction Group has promoted Scott Lozier to project executive, Hans Laros and Rob Isbit to senior project manager and Tracey Hunter to project manager.

Lozier joined EW Howell in 2007 as project manager, and has managed multiple large- and small-scale projects, including Blue Point Brewery in Patchogue, New York; The Capital Grille in Garden City, New York, Huntington Shopping Center’ The Residences at Plainview for Capitol Seniors Housing, plus builds for several Westfield shopping centers and Lowe’s Home Improvement, Costco and Target stores.
Laros’ experience in the public and private sectors spans more than 20 years. Joining EW Howell as project manager in 2006, he has managed many of the firm’s complex healthcare and infrastructure projects, such as Brookhaven National Laboratory’s Central Chilled Water Facility, Northwell Health’s Staten Island University Hospital Power Plant & Overbuild and builds for Kensington Assisted Living.
Isbit brings more than 37 years of experience managing a diverse range of construction projects from inception through completion. He joined EW Howell in 2012 as project manager and has worked on projects across the firm’s education, science and commercial sectors. He is currently project manager on Brookhaven National Laboratory’s Science User and Support Center, a new 70,000-square-foot administrative and conference center under construction at Discovery Park.
Hunter began her career at EW Howell as an assistant project manager in 2009. She recently completed the NYC School Construction Authority’s Tommie L. Agee Educational Campus in Queens, New York. In her new role, Hunter will continue to provide management support to the project teams. She will also be responsible for managing construction project schedules and budgets and coordinating the flow of communication with owners and subcontractors.
