Adler & Stachenfeld LLP announced that Joseph Kornbluh has joined the firm as a partner in the Corporate Real Estate/Joint Venture Practice Group.

“Joseph has built a reputation as one of the most capable JV/real estate attorneys in the region, and we’re thrilled to have him on board,” said C. Kim Le, co-chair of the Real Estate Practice Group. “He joins us with a wealth of experience working on complex real estate transactions representing institutional investors, private equity firms, developers, REITs and family offices, and his extensive relationships and legal acumen will make him a valuable asset to our practice.”

“Joseph has worked on high-profile transactions across the broad array of asset classes within commercial real estate, and that positions him perfectly to come out of the gate as an excellent advisor to our clients,” said Chris Gorman, co-chair of the Real Estate Practice Group.

With more than 10 years of real estate law experience, Kornbluh has represented a wide range of real estate companies on complex joint venture and corporate real estate transactions totaling over $50 billion.
