PGA Tour Superstore, a specialty retailer for golf and tennis, will debut a location at Mayfair Shopping Center in Commack, New York. Commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation (LMC) secured the 40,000-square-foot anchor commitment as the property’s exclusive leasing and managing agent.
E.J. Moawad, LMC senior leasing representative, negotiated the transaction on behalf of Mayfair Shopping Center’s ownership; Hugh Scullin of Katz & Associates represented the tenant. The new Commack store marks PGA Tour Superstore’s third New York location and will open later this year, joining existing stores in Westbury and White Plains.
PGA Tour Superstore is a one-stop shop for golfers of all skill levels. Staffed with teaching professionals, in-store offerings include state-of-the-art swing simulators, practice and play hitting bays, and a 1,300-square-foot putting green. There is also custom club fitting and repair. Along with equipment and accessories, PGA Tour Superstore carries a large selection of men’s, women’s and juniors’ apparel and footwear. Stores also sell tennis and pickleball equipment and accessories and offer racquet restringing services.

Mayfair Shopping Center sits on Jericho Turnpike, just east of the Sunken Meadow Parkway.
