Solidcore, the Washington D.C.-based strength-training studio, and Tishman Speyer, announced that Solidcore will open a new, 2,100-square-foot location at the luxury residential building 11 Hoyt in Brooklyn, New York this summer. Solidcore is a 50-minute, full-body, strength-training workout that uses slow, controlled movements to break down the slow-twitch muscle fibers so that they build back stronger and leaner. Solidcore differentiates itself from other boutique fitness brands by placing emphasis on empowering communities and creating a space where everyone feels inspired, included and seen.

Tishman Speyer represented the deal in house; Sean Young at Sabre was the broker for the tenant.

The residences at 11 Hoyt are over 80% sold. In addition, the building features 40,000 square feet of prime retail space offering 18-foot-tall ceiling heights and all-glass frontage. Approximately 70% of the retail space has been leased with Solidcore joining the first New York location for Golfzon Social, Petits Poussins Brooklyn, Taim Mediterranean Kitchen and Jack’s Stir Brew Coffee.
