Grace Yoga is coming to Route 9 Plaza in Old Bridge, New Jersey, marking the second area location for the locally owned business. This new tenant will bring the 26,000-square-foot shopping center to 100% occupancy and marks the second boutique fitness concept to lease space at the property this year.
Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as the property’s leasing and managing agent; LMC’s Kendal Hand-Freda, leasing representative, arranged the 1,500-square-foot transaction on behalf of property ownership. Michael Sclafani of Re/Max Central represented the tenant.
Grace Cairns founded Grace Yoga in Freehold Township in 2020. Focusing mostly on hot yoga, the studio offers a variety of classes, workshops and services.
“Yoga is beneficial to all ages, fitness levels and degrees of flexibility,” said Cairns. “Many of our existing students come from the Old Bridge area, making Route 9 Plaza a perfect fit for our second studio location. We are excited to open here and look forward to being a community-based studio that encourages everyone to enjoy the many benefits a yoga workout provides.”
Located at the intersection of Route 9 and Throckmorton Lane, and passed by 56,000 vehicles a day, Route 9 Plaza also includes AutoZone, Tots & Blocks Academy and a hair salon.
