T&T Construction Management Group Inc., a woman-owned concrete specialty contractor, has welcomed Ryan McDavid as business development manager to the company. McDavid has over 25 years of experience in business development, marketing and sales in the AEC industry, primarily focusing on tilt-up construction.
“Ryan is instrumental in growing businesses, large and small, and we are pleased to welcome him to our growing team to help provide excellent service to our clients while developing lasting relationships,” said CEO Rebecca Thomas. “Our company has evolved to serve a large client base, ranging from those in the Caribbean and Florida to the Northeastern United States. Ryan has technical knowledge and will serve as a resource to our clients and team at T&T.”
T&T specializes in various projects and market sectors and projects, including distribution centers, warehouses, entertainment venues, K-12 and higher ed education, mixed-use, retail and office space. The firm provides commercial concrete solutions for tilt-up and concrete construction. Earlier this year, T&T announced its expansion, restructuring and rebranding from T&T Construction of Central Fla. Inc. to T&T Construction Management Group Inc.

Previously, McDavid was the business development director for Tilt-Con, a tilt-up construction company in the Southeast. In addition, he has held multiple successful positions in sales and business development.
