Canada-based bubble tea brand Real Fruit Bubble Tea has opened at Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream, New York. It is the company’s first Long Island location.
“As Real Fruit Bubble Tea continues to expand its presence further into the United States with a target of reaching over 150 stores by the end of 2023, we are pleased that they have chosen Green Acres Mall as their first Long Island location,” said Jill Bromberg, marketing manager at Green Acres, which is owned and managed by Macrich. “Real Fruit Bubble Tea will deliver our visitors with fresh fruit drinks that are healthy and easily accessible creating a new dining destination for the residents and visitors of Nassau County.”
With over 100 stores, Real Fruit Bubble Tea originated in Toronto, Canada in 2002. The brand is known for its handcrafted drinks and fresh teas that are brewed from loose leaf and expresso tea machines. The drinks are strictly made with real fruits processed on-site. At Green Acres Mall, Real Fruit Bubble Tea is in the shopping center’s food court located on the second level.
“With over 100 stores, Real Fruit Bubble Tea now provides more than 1,300 job opportunities across Canada and the United States,” said Jimmy Liu, executive director. “We are confident that Green Acres will serve as the ideal location to begin our expansion throughout New York with its combination of visitors from Long Island and Queens.”
